Congratulations Plano, Texas! 

Our great city is enjoying the recent award and recognition from Forbes magazine ranking us the "most secure in America with at least 250,000 residents".  Plano is enjoying being the safest for the second year running. 

Earlier this year the Dallas Business Journal found Plano residents to have the highest "brianpower" in the country and Men's Healthy said Plano residents are the nation's happiest! 

Some of the reasons for our glory and high ranking include the citizen involvement with the police department, the support our city government provides as well as a low violent crime rate and low traffic fatalities.  Many find Plano a great place to work due to the strong partnerships between business and City Council and City Management.
