Pending home sales in March increased, additionally pending home sales are well above the figures of 2011. This is yet another signal that the housing market is recovering.
Contract signings rose 4.1% in March over February and are 12.8% higher than March 2011. The Pending Home Sales index is currently at the highest level since April 2010.
